We start with responsibly sourced walnut, maple, iroko, cherry, and ash, then shape every curve by hand and seal the grain with food-safe, plant-based oils for a satin touch that only gets better with time.

Because no two boards follow the same grain, you’ll receive a one-of-a-kind heirloom built to handle years of chopping, plating, and conversation
