SHIPPING – UAE ONLY
All parcels are delivered by our partner Quiqup.
Orders AED 500 or above ship free of charge.
Orders below AED 500 incur the delivery fee shown at checkout.
Processing time: Orders received before 13:00 (GST) Tuesday-Friday are dispatched the same or next working day.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on location.
Tracking: A tracking link is emailed or texted once your parcel leaves our workshop.
Accuracy: Please ensure your address and phone number are correct; The Makers Society cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or inaccurate delivery details.
RETURNS – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you change your mind:
Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return procedure:Email support@makingdubai.com with your order number and reason for return.We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and return address.Pack items securely; unless the product is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, according to your preference. Refunds are normally processed within 7–10 working days of inspection.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Digital woodworking plans (instant downloads).
Custom-made or personalised products once production has begun.
Opened consumables (e.g. glue, finishes, abrasives).
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMSIf your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery: email support@makingdubai.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the packaging and product.We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded for the product price only. Shipping fees are refunded only if the error was ours.
